NIMASA: Jamoh Hosts UNILAG Forum Members, Describes Maritime as Best Industry to Heal Economy

The Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) Director General, Dr. Bashir Jamoh has described the Maritime industry as the best platform to rejig and overhaul the nation’s economy.

Jamoh made the observation while playing host, to an audience, comprising mostly Students, who are maritime forum members from the University of Lagos (UNILAG).

He stressed the need for proper delineation, between maritime Governance and Ocean Governance; and assured his audience of the sincerity and genuine Commitment of the present crop of government parastatals leaderships, stressing the timely need to de-emphasize certification in favour of Skill sets.
