The National President, of the National Association of Government Approved Freight Forwarders (NAGAFF), Chief Fwdr.Tochukwu Ezisi has emphasized the importance of paying attention to one’s health through regular medical check-ups.
Ezisi who was speaking at the Service of Songs for one of his Executive members, the Late Ishmael Amobi Chukwunere who before his death was the Presidential Liaison Officer (PLO) of NAGAFF Tin Can Chapter, said that some Freight Forwarders spend extravagantly without paying attention to their health.
The event took place at NAGAFF headquarters in Apapa, Lagos, and was organised by the Chairman, NAGAFF Tin Can Island Chapter, Fwdr. Chief Emeka Paul Chiedozie and his Executives members.
The President reminded group members of the need to continue with the free health insurance scheme which he introduced about a year ago, adding that some families have benefited a lot from it including the Late Ishmael Amobi Chukwunere family.
Earlier, in his opening remarks, Fwdr. Chiedozie admonished members to be very conscious of their style and attitude towards their fellow humans.
The Tin Can chairman advised on the need for people to always think of what they would you to be remembered for, asking rhetorically that one should think of how many lives he has changed or put smiles on their faces before God’s call.
He enjoined his audience to make sure that they touch lives, be very kind to people that come their way and people they transact business with”.

Also speaking the Vice Chairman of Tin Can Chapter, Fwdr. Ifeanyi Emon highlighted that everything a man does on earth would be accounted for at the appropriate time.
“No matter the circumstances, ensure your family members are carried along in your business in life.
“Distance shouldn’t be a barrier of communication between any man and his family”, he further advised.
